Cheaper monthly sim offer

Sky VIP has an offer on saying £5 for 10gb which is what I have now but for £12 a month... Tried to change plan but the offer is not showing. Can anybody help?

Those offers cannot be applied to existing SIMs.

 

They are new customer/additional SIM offers.

 

If you don't want to keep your phone number then simply order one and then cancel your existing SIM (if you've had it for at least 12 months)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That offer will only apply to a new sim and not to the current one you have. You could try calling Sky to see if they will apply it to your current one, 150 is the number to call them on.
