Hi , I do not understand why i am being charged £8 for the free 1GB of data permonth ?

Mobile data isn't usually free so there is a monthly charge for it, where or how did you see this 1GB data is free ?

It's not clear what deal you've accepted.

 

But 'free' data is usually on top of a paid amount...

 

So purchased 2GB at £8pm and get 1GB 'free'.  So 3GB for the price of 2GB.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
