Charged twice

Hi there,

 

I've just looked at my up and coming bill and I'm being charged twice for the iPhone 17 pro max blue at £38 X 2 but never recieved the phone till the 26th October 2025 ! How can I be charged twice when I had not even recieved the item for that month
