Charged to call sky
Hello
I have been charged to Sky on 0800 number even though I have unlimited calls?

Hi @Jord9 0800 calls should be free, are you sure it wasn't an 0845 or similar as they are chargeable? If you wish to dispute it then call sky on 150.

Calling Sky doesn't normally involve an 0800 number. To call Sky it's dialling 150 from your Sky mobile or it's an 0333 number. Where did you get this 0800 from?

@Jord9 Sky normally only use an 03 local number, which would be free as part ogf your calls packages
150 is also a free number to Sky from a Sky sim.
Where did you get the number from?
