I have been charged over £40 for a scam call that I didn't make. A quick Google search confirms the number is a scam. Sky have charged me for this call. How do I dispute the charge and prevent it from happening again?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes your device show that the number has been dialled? Could anyone else in your household have dialled it? You'll need to call Sky to dispute it. Just dial 150 free from your Sky mobile once the phone lines reopen later.
