Hi I've been charged a lot for data use abroad even though I have passport plus which is supposed to be £2 per day. Can someone help. The chat support seems to be down. Thanks Scott Readman

The £2 change doesn't apply to all countries so where had you been as in others where it doesn't apply the charge is per megabyte so can be really expensive if using mobile data.

I was in Greece which is in the list of £2 charge. Never been charged extra data before.

Should all be included unless you're near a border and connected outside the passport plus area, e.g. albania

As @PandJ2020 indicates, Greece is one of the European locations where it's quite possible to inadvertently link to a non-EU cellular network.
