Charged for contacting sky customer service

I have been charged for phone sky and I wasn't told it was going to cost am I able to get this refund

All calls to Sky customer services are free/inclusive if using a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline by just dialling 150. 

Is that the number you dialled? (If it wasn't where did you find the number you did dial?) The forum filter won't allow you to post other numbers in full.

You haven't said what service you used to phone Sky but generally you are responsible for the numbers you call.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you did a web search, be aware that some numbers found online from 'directory service providers' are unpleasantly expensive.
