Charged for 2 mobile bills

Hi, I have been charged for my old iPhone 14 and my new iPhone 17 this month, but I have swapped them, I should not have been charged double when I have traded my old phone

Charging will continue until the returned phone has been inspected by the company that handles the returns on behalf of Sky. You will not lose out as any overpayment should be credited back to you.

Hi i payed for my phone 100£ 2 days ago

im in a hospital and im getting payed on the 20th november i have money in my bank but can not login in my mobile app because system issue please reinstate my service because i can not make phone calls

If your mobile has been restricted due to a bill not being paid then it needs to be paid in full and the monthly payment method setup on your account before Sky will restore your mobile service.
