Hello,

I've recently ended a relationship and my daughter now has the SIM card that my ex used to have, I don't want her having the same number he used. How can I change her phone number?

Hi @Ch161 if you have had the number more than 12 months then place an order for a new sim and it will come with a new number, then call sky on 150 to cancel the old one. Less than 12 months and you can't without paying early termination fees.
