Changing ordered product

I want to change my order as I've decided to get something else. I haven't signed the agreement yet because I want something different. Do I have to cancel the original order and start over ? If so how ? Skybot is useless.

You will need to call Sky to cancel the original order. By placing another order you'll undergo further credit checks.
