Hi @Chrissielouise

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

If you have had your current number for more than 12 months just call Sky on the free 150 number, request a new sim (which will come with a new but almost certainly recycled number) and get them to cancel your current sim.

If you haven't had it 12+ months Sky are unlikely to change it unless you're receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.

@Chrissielouise

If you're asking can you move your current Sky number to a new Sky sim the answer is yes, but not direct;y through Sky as you can't port a number internally from one Sky sim to another.

The only way to port your old sky mobile number to a new Sky sim is to first port out toa PAYGO sim, then port back in to your new sim.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
