Hi. I've just upgraded from my iPhone 11 to the 14. However, the site now says I have 2 sim plans on the go.
I want to keep my original number, but I can't generate a PAC due to both sims still being on Sky. How do I cancel my original plan and transfer my number to the new one?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@conorjns Simply put you can't, you need to cancel the New sim and transfer the plan to the old sim. Give Sky a call on 150 from your mobile.

@GD1 Call line is closed overnight sadly. Is there no way to cancel the new plan through the website?
