Changing address

I need to change my address after recently moving house but really struggle with phone calls is there another way to do this?

I seen someone else get send to speak to a sky expert through here ? I was wondering how that works.

To see if they can help you and to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

We can change the address but cannot process a home move as this involves placing orders. 

So is it JUST a change of address? Is everything already installed at the new place?
