Changed Number

Hi 

Have changed to sky mobile and requested that my mobile number stays the same.  

But it has changed and it has been nearly 3 hours .. I have not received a text. 

I have tried the virtual assistant but to no avail.

Do you mean you have given Sky a pac code to move your number from a different network to Sky, if so and you have Sky the pac code today then the number transfer to your Sky sim should change tomorrow.
