Change phone number

My daughter has been bullied online and o need to change her phone number.

Hi @BecHug1  if you have had the sim more than 12 months then go to sky.com and order a new sim that will come with a new number, once it arrives and after you activate it, call sky to cancel the old one. Less than 12 months and you will need to call sky on 150 to see if they will waive any early termination charges and issue a new number, but unless police are involved they may not.
