I need to change my address on my sky mobile account , it won't let me do it online .. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to talking on the telephone so this is not an option for me . I have tried all of the online bots but it doesn't understand and just gives me a number to call ... I'm getting stressed out that I can't do this and don't understand why that option isn't there ... if I don't update my address I will get in trouble for not doing so ... what am I able to do ? Any help would be appreciated
