Change mobile number

How do I change my daughters phone number but want to keep the phone?

Presumably you are the account holder?

If you have had the number for more than 12 months just call Sky on the 150 number, request a new sim (which will come with a new but almost certainly recycled number) and get them to cancel the current sim.

Otherwise Sky are unlikely to change it unless she is receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and she/you have a police reference number.

You need the pac code of that number and phone the new provider to link it to that a account

The OP hasn't indicated they want to change mobile provider, just a new number.
