Change device

Is there anyway to change my mobile device to a cheaper one due to financial changes, I've tried looking on the website for help but just says they can accommodate financial situations. Just want to know if this is possible to get a cheaper phone.

If you have had the device for more than 31 days then you can not just cancel it but can swap it for another device but the only issue you will have is that the device itself will still have to be paid off in full so is going to cost you a fair bit to do this as the value you are given more it will not be enough to pay it off in full I would guess. Call Sky on 150 if you do want to do this.
