Re: Change data plan
We are just customers of Sky here.
To change to Sky you need to order a sim or esim from here:
https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans
To move your number to Sky you need to get a Pac code from your current network then give it to Sky who should move your number over on the next working day as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-to-sky-mobile-keep-your-number
Buy the Sky sim
Activate the sim when it arrives but do not put it in your phone, so keep your current sim in it.
Get pac code from your current supplier
Give Pac code to Sky
When your current sim stops working insert your Sky sim in the phone.
You can give Sky your pac code online here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/my-number/transfer
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

If you're already with Sky then you cannot use a PAC code.
The offers are for new SIMs (with new phone numbers) only.
There is a protracted workaround but requires you to port your number OUT of the Sky and back in again.
