Can I change the amount of my piggy bank towards my new phone that I have just ordered?

Are you saying you have used some piggybank data to save some money against your new purchase, if so you will have to call Sky to see what they say about this.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
