Carnt make calls or send messages

My samsung isnt making call or messages my daughter has iphone and has the same problem my calls n messages icon is greyed out on the sim manager option I only have 1 esim

Have they both been working up to now ?

Havf you transfered your number to Sky from a different network ?

It's been working fine untill this morning I also keep getting a voicemale notification in green along with a dial tone just randomly pop up on my screen every now and again unprompted

I haven't changed network ive been with sky for years i updated a physical sim to a esim before Christmas and had no issue up untill now

If not and your phone supports it, are you able to use Wi-Fi calling for the calls ?
