Cant make/receive calls and 4G issues

I haven't been able to send/receive calls since yesterday, 4G also keeps dropping out after few seconds.

Husband is the same and both with sky.

No signal issues reported or mast issues that I can see.

I've seen a couple of people say the same but doesnt seem widespread? Wrexham area.

issue for almost 2 weeks and sky customer service haven't been helpful at all, I've spoken to more than 10 different staffs, they either disconnect or just tell me to wait. It's almost 2 weeks!!!?
