I'm in Venice and I can't get any reception at all. I have no spend cap. I've checked the apn settings. I've tried manually selecting networks, I've turned off and on again, swapped the sim applications around and back to abroad and I've had the welcome text. It worked ok when I arrived for a couple of hours but now nothing. My partner's data etc is fine. What's up?
the only thing I can see odd is that under vpn and device management / sky mobile there is an expired signing certificate 'sky smartrust.com'. Could this be the problem? And if so how do I fix it? I had similar issues in the USA a couple of months ago.
I'm on iPhone XR, and my iOS is up to date.
