Cant activate

Hi, I am having trouble activating my new sim as it's telling me to link my sky ID to mobile, so when doing this it says it's already linked and sends me back to the same page to link it again.

Im not getting option to put activation code in because it keeps sending me round in circles to the link part but it's already linked.

can somebody help please!!
