Hi there, I cannot view the itemised bill for my partners sky mob contract phone in the app or online.
I have not been able to see the link and option for itemised bill under his phone breakdown since Apr 2024.
Itemised phone bill still appears and can be viewed online and in app for my sky mob contract phone,
(both mob phones and the contracts are in my name and under my sky account)

Hi @63johnw,
Yes thats exactly what appears in app and online for my mob and I can click it and view the itemised breakdown of calls etc.
Unfortunately, I can no longer see this under my partners phone online or in app. (it always used to be there in both and I could view itemisation for my partners phone)
The itemised viewing just disappeared from under my partners phone details in May 2024 and has not reappeared since, but remains under my phone details and can be viewed with no probs.

@sair547 I think you will need to call sky on 150 for help with this.

@63johnw thanks for replying,
I have called Sky a couple of times about this, unfortunately, I get bounced around various depts and repeat myself constantly. They got me to login in online checked i could see a few things as they saw, unstalled and reinstalled the mob app and then tell me they need to speak to a manager but will resolve the issue in 24-48hrs.
I thought Id ask here to see if anyone had come across this before on their bill and its a nice change to not getting anywhere with sky 🙂
