My daughter cannot make or receive calls on her phone. She has switched it on and off and it still doesn't work. She can use WiFi only and text buy cannot call outbound or receive incoming calls and also cannot make calls via WiFi on WhatsApp, Instagram etc. She is in canada at the moment and the phone has worked so far with no issues.
