I cannot log into my account, every time I try the sky id comes up in the browser window on my mobile the blue lines goes to the end and then starts again in rapid succession. I've tried turning off my phone and restarting, it says I'm not linked but when I follow the steps it says it's already linked. Then sends me back to login which then does the rapid blue lines goes and says please wait while it goes round and will not do it. I've changed my password which still didn't do it. Please help.
