Cannot hear someone on incoming calls

I only have an issue with 1 number. When they call me, I cannot hear them and they cannot hear me. I can hear them when I make the outgoing call though. 

Don't have issues when anyone else calls me. What could be the issue? It's the hospital so need to hear them when they call. 

I gave my daughter number to them temporarily and she can hear them fine

Are you able to try your sim in another phone to see what happens ?
