Cannot get roaming on sky mobile

In tenerife cannot access roaming Did try all help guides still not working is not finding any networks help

Did all that no sucess.

Last resort is I'll have to phone Sky from a non Sky phone.

Will cost a fortune.

I am not happy at all as I was assured by Sky that my phone would work no problem whilst abroad

It's a shambles and an issue with phone settings I think.
