I have tried the online portal to replace one of my esims as it is currently on a device that I do not use. However, I have been unable to as it keeps saying error when sending the code regardless of which number I send it to. I cannot get through on the phone to the help centre and the online 'help' articles are more like chocolate teapots! Can anyone help me with this issue?
