Cannot get RCS messaging to activate after SIM replacement

I've had to replace my SIM card. After replacement I cannot get RCS messaging to activate. It's stuck on setting up and won't verify my number. I've tired everything in the available guides but it still won't activate. It worked perfectly with my old SIM. 

 
I'd be grateful of any suggestions please? I'm using a Samsung A16 handset.
