I can't get through any way to activate my sim card. If I follow the QR code it prompts me to log in and then brings me to the main sky home page.
If I go to sky.com/activation it brings me through to the process to transfer my number but nothing to actually activate the sim. Currently have no service on my phone (cannot make calls, texts, access internet).
