My iPhone is unlocked, tried multiple times to activate my eSIM but not working. Cannot get a number to talk to a customer services agent in the Republic of Ireland, cannot get another eSIM sent as it requests my phone number (number was moved to SKY Mobile when I signed up to the eSIM), which obviously I cannot access because I cannot get the eSIM to work. Tried all of the help guides and the frustrating Virtual assistant. Any ideas before I cancel my Sky Mobile contract?

@GerardG , I had a similar issue as I hadn't installed the SIM profile properly - I got it sorted by DM'ing them on twitter and one of their Dublin team called me back the next day (if doing would suggest sharing your acc and phone number to speed things up and requesting a callback from Dublin)
Can't remember exactly what my issue was, but was linked to how I did/didn't install the e-sim profile

Can you share a picture of the e-sim profile that you have setup? Important to make sure you have completed process by installing the e-sim profile in your settings

@sparkymarkyirl Didn't manage to get my eSIM working, left with no choice but to get a physical Sim sent out as I was in the same situation where I could not use my number. Customer service team keep taking me through the same process, repeated promise of returning my call once the technical team had reviewed the issue, as you can guess I did not get the return call. They struggled to understand that I could not access my number as it was in limbo as an eSIM. Disappointed, during the last call I had the customer service agent admitted that there are issues with eSIM and Sky Ireland. I hope this is resolved as I would like to be using just one phone with two numbers. Let me know if you manage to get the issue resolved.

@Saint1 Not sure where to access the profile settings that you have referred to as I could not get past the set up of the eSIM, either through QR code or manually inputting the details. As shown in the picture. If you know how to get past this, please let me know as I have reverted back to a physical sim but keen to use an eSIM to prevent me having to have two phones. Thanks
