Cannot access Mobile deals o upgrade

I’ve been unable to access the Sky Mobile deals/upgrades section for several weeks now and I’m hoping someone can help.

Every time I try to view my upgrade options, I get the following error message:

“The page you're looking for could not be found. The link you used may be out of date or the address may have been typed incorrectly. Please check and try again.”

I’ve tried accessing it in several different ways:

• Through the Sky app

• Through the website on my mobile

• Through the website on my laptop

Unfortunately, I get the same error every time and this has been happening for weeks.

Has anyone else had this issue, or does anyone know how I can get access to my Sky Mobile upgrade deals?

No, nothing has resolved it even deleting the app and changing passwords - all advise from a Sky advisor.
