Cancelling an order

I had put an order in for an iPad Pro 11inch 2024 , the next day I wanted to cancel because it was no longer needed I have called sky 4 times and they have said it's cancelled and all done but they still tried to deliver it today , I refused the delivery and it has been sent back but I've been told to contact sky about my order how do I go about it now?

Hi @Mollymae1223  call sky on 150 from a sky sim. Refusing delivery should get the order cancelled.
