As a family, we have recently upgraded one of our phones but after doing the order (and selecting to send the old device back) we've realised we should've kept it and just continued paying for both devices.
Wondering what happens if we just don't send the old device back? Will it cancel the swap and move us over to just paying both? Or do we need to request to cancel?
I've tried searching but most questions seem to be around changing their mind about the new device in the swap, rather than changing their mind about returning the old device.
