Sky have cancelled my daughters sim (a glitch) they said! Now it can't be reignited so to speak as it's completely gone 😡 they've offered £15 compensation which I think is ridiculous

You could put in a complaint if you are yet to do this:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
The only downside to this, is it actually gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve it of which they might not be able to if the sim was cancelled even in error. If your daughters phone is esim ready you could order this and perhaps have it up and working by the latest tomorrows ?

Thanks for your info. It's not eSIM ready. My main gripe is I'm paying for a phone she isn't using and being past from pillar to post 🙄
