Cancelled order

Placed an order for a new Samsung phone went through the checks etc then placed order only to receive a email saying its been cancelled NO explanation as to why....I'm livid anyone else experienced this problem and how and if did you get around it

This does get asked about here and usually it is cancelled if you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place. You can call Sky to find out if this is what has happened as they can answer this for you but as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records they can not tell you why you have failed the check. You might want to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. Any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.

re order your having a laugh i wont be messed about so wont be re ordering sky used to be good but i dont know whats going on they falling apart

i may of missed soething here but i dont recall seeing or reading anything about a second credit check....they can stuff it!!

If you have failed a credit/affordability check then you don't have to stuff it as they've done that for you.
