Hello, I received a new phone with swap my mobile, but I would prefer to keep my old one. The new one I find is a little too heavy for me. I have arthritis in my hands so I would prefer to stick with my original phone

Hi @Jack+the+cat  you need to call sky on 150 to arrange the return, can't be done here or online.
