I want to cancel our sim plans we are out of contract now had emails, but can't do it rang & spoke to someone at sky he says we haven't got never had sim plans yet been paying for them I'm at my wits end. They kept saying I was giving wrong info & he would not let me speak to anyone else. I've wrote all details out that it states to cancel but I can't even get onto it

When you phoned Sky they would have asked you for the telephone password so did you give them the right one if you knew what it is, if you are not sure then they should have been able to ask you another security related question that you as the account holder would be able to answer.
