Cancel sim only contract

I have cancelled my aim contract but the still money was debiting for it.

The bill might have already been created before you gave the required notice to cancel the sim so when did you call Sky to cancel it and what date was this bill taken on and does your Sky account (bill) now show that no further payments are going to be taken ?

Hi @Ajay16  did you call sky to cancel it ? Have you had it more than 12 months ? When did you cancel it ?
