You need to call Sky (on 150) if the sim is past the minimum term (12 months).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you are not past the 12 month minimum term then Sky are within their rights to not let you cancel it.

This isn't Sky support as this is a place where Sky customers help each other so if you want your pac code to move your number from Sky to a different network then have a read of this:
