Cancel my sim

My son lost his SIM card. I have requested a new one in the post, but still yet to receive this after 4 weeks. 
I wish to leave Sky mobile. How can I do this without having access to the SIM card?

Hi @Stevens1982  the only way to cancel with sky is by calling them. Be aware cancelling would mean losing that number.
