Cancel my order

I have just ordered an upgrade in error, how do I cancel please? Customer Services are closed even though it states they should be open now.  Is there an 0333 number please?

You do need to call. The lines should be open (not ROI). The 0333 number gets you into the same queue as dialling 150 from your current Sky device.,
