To cancel an order you'll need to call Sky. Remember that ordering an alternative will involve further credit checks.

Recently I ordered 16 pro black tintinum colours wich is I don't want anymore because of you told me you will get it in a second day but still I didn't get it so i want cancel my device

Hi @Jenish3624  as above the only way to cancel an order is by calling sky. You can call on 150 from a sky sim.
