Cancel my old iPhone no

My son upgraded from his iPhone 12 to iPhone 15. I want to cancel the mobile number for the iPhone 12.

Hi @Karen-56  the only way to cancel a sim/plan (that number will be lost) is to call sky on 150, can't be done here or online.
