Cancel iPhone 12

I recently purchased an iPhone 16 as my iPhone 12 had been paid off, but I am still being charged for both phones. £50 monthly instead of £26, I don't know why this is.

Hi @Jayne37  if you are sure the phone is paid off then you need to call sky on 150 to discuss this. Bear in mind you will still be paying for the old sim plan if you took a new one out. What do your future bills show. Something else to consider, swap 24 is actually a 36 month contract so could this be the cause ?

Are you sure it was paid off?  Swap24 contracts are 3 years for example.

If you purchased a new data plan for the iPhone 16 then you'll still be charged for the one with the iPhone 12 if you didn't cancel it.  (Note the new data plan will have a new phone number)
