Cancel a sim

Hi, I had a sim card in another phone which has been lost. I wish to cancel this sim asap

Even though it is lost the sim itself can only be cancelled if you have been paying for it for 12 month or more otherwise while it can be blocked Sky will send you a replacement for it. You will either need to use another phone to contact Sky or use social media to contact them.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
