Hi, I have to sky mobile sims on my account. I am looking to cancel one of them. I have tried to do it online, I requested a STAC thinking it would cancel the sim. But it says to give the number to my new provider. I don't have a new provider? The sim isn't needed anymore. Any help? Thank you
