Can you track delivery if returning back to sky, doing a swap and got email saying haven't received it, but sent it with envelope sky provided

Hi @Googzie you should have tracking information from the post office, use that to check when Sky received it. It can take a couple of weeks for them to process the return so they may have it, just not processed it. Once you confirm they have it via the post office tracking then phone sky and tell them.
